Updating your check in and check out times

If you go to Administration > Property in Hop there is a section on this page called 'Property Details' approximately halfway down the page. Once here, look for the



There are four boxes to complete here:

 

  • Minimum Check in Time  This is your "check in from..." time
  • Check In Time Until  This is your "check in until..." time
  • Check Out Time  This is your "check out from..." time
  • Check Out Time Until  This is your "check out until..." time

 

Once you have updated this, press the blue Update Details button at the bottom of this section to save your changes. The new times will be immediately visible on your Booking Engine and on your confirmation emails if you use the relevant Custom Fields on your templates to pull this information through. 

 

Depending on which fields you fill will depend on how it is displayed on the booking engine. Please see the examples below to assist you in how you want to display.

* Please note if using Hop Cast for Paperless/Self Check In or a guest is using the HopApp to check in, they will not be allowed to check in before the time set here.
