Property Dashboard

This dashboard is customisable please click here for the help article explaining how to customise it.

This is the live overview of your property, including occupancy percentage, the average room rate for the day and booking engine graph, as well as useful counts of rooms to Check-In and Check-Out.  

You will find overviews of the current Room and Housekeeping statuses here as well. Your noticeboard is displayed on the right side of the screen and will show any notices for the current date. For example: same day bookings, provisional bookings due to expire and if the night audit has failed. Your average room rate and any failed payments are also displayed here.

To return to this screen, simply click on the name of your property on the very left of the breadcrumb navigation, above the main window.  

Navigating through the Property Dashboard. 

Along the top of the page we have the following displays (Check-ins, Check-outs, Rooms, Vacant Rooms) depending on the widgets you have chosen to customise with. These show you a quick overview of the current date and are also shortcuts to navigate directly to each section. For example: by clicking on “Vacant Rooms” this takes you to House keeping > Room Status 

Below the top graphs we have the "Occupancy Report" and "Average Room Rate"

If you hover over the circles on both graphs this displays the monthly occupancy and avergare room rate. For more details click on the circle to go directly to reports.

Booking Graph  

The booking graph at the bottom of the page shows the bookings for each month. By hovering over a specific month this will show you the total amount of bookings and their source.    

For example: Other (manually entered), Website, Booking.com, Expedia  

Click into a month and this gives you a breakdown per day, then click on the arrow to bring you back to the monthly view.
