Property Dashboard

This dashboard is customisable please click here for the help article explaining how to customise it.

This is the live overview of your property where you can see various widgets including occupancy percentage graph, the average room rate for the day and booking engine graph, as well as useful counts of rooms to Check-In and Check-Out. What you see here is dependant on the particular dashboard you are viewing. You can view all dashboards for your property by clicking on the dropdown next to customise and clicking on View all Dashboards.

On this  particular dashboard you will find overviews of Check Ins complete, Check outs complete, available rooms, ready rooms. Below this you will see Occupancy, Average room rate and Booking graphs. The current date, time, noticeboard, failed payments are displayed on the right side of the screen along with pay by link payment notices and average room rate. 

You can navigate back to this screen at any time by clicking on your property name as shown in the image below.

Navigating through the Property Dashboard. 

Along the top of the page we have the following displays (Check-ins, Check-outs, Rooms, Vacant Rooms) depending on the widgets you have chosen to customise with. These show you a quick overview of the current date and are also shortcuts to navigate directly to each section. For example: by clicking on “Vacant Rooms” this takes you to Housekeeping > Room Status 

Below the top graphs we have the "Occupancy Report" and "Average Room Rate"

If you hover over the circles on both graphs this displays the monthly occupancy and average room rate. For more details click on the circle to go directly to reports. 

For example: Management Reports > Occupancy 

Booking Graph

The booking graph at the bottom of the page shows the bookings for each month. By hovering over a specific month this will show you the total amount of bookings and their source.    

For example: Other (manually entered), Website, Booking.com, Expedia  

Click into a month and this gives you a breakdown per day, then click on the arrow to bring you back to the monthly view.
