How can I see all the tickets created through my property?

If you want to see all the tickets created by your company, please send an email to help@hopsoftware.com or raise a ticket on the portal and we will give you access to do this.

 

You can see tickets in your name by going to Support (hopsoftware.com) and clicking on Tickets.
