You can set the Night Audit to run automatically on the Administration > Property page. To enable this you should tick the Enabled box in the Recurring Night Audit section and select a time for it to run, making sure you click 'Update Night Audit Settings' to save your changes.
Alternatively you can manually run the night from here by selecting Start Night Audit under Manual Night Audit.
