How to edit rates for a group reservation

*Please note that you are only able to edit a group reservation from the Group Reservations screen if the status is Created or Quotation Sent. Once the status is Quotation Accepted you will need to edit from Manage Reservations*

Whilst it is often a good idea to have one or more separate rate plans for your Group Reservations - as these are typically a different price to those for individuals - even then you may need to deviate from your usual pricing structure for number of reasons. 

If this is likely to happen regularly (e.g. for a particular tour group or regular booking) then creating a new rate plan is best. However, you may still need to change the nightly rate every now and again because you have agreed a special price.

To do this, click on the "+" sign next to each of your room types in turn and expend it:

Next, select the tick-box that says 'Edit Rates/Assign Rooms' and it will show you the nightly rates for each room. Just like on an individual reservation, you can now change the price shown as needed:
