Why are some rooms missing from a Group Reservation invoice?

If this happens, this will be because the ‘Hide reservation rates’ box has been ticked on one or more of the individual room reservations. Most likely, this will have happened if you have added the room(s) to the main reservation at a later stage (please see our article on 'how to view the Reservation History' for more information on this).


Once you have established this, click on the individual reservation item (RESX number) to edit it, go to the 'Rates' tab, un-tick the box shown in the screenshot below and then press ‘Save’.
