Why are rooms missing from an Invoice or Pro Forma Invoice

If this happens, this will be because the ‘Hide reservation rates’ box has been ticked on one or more of the individual room reservations. Most likely, this will have happened if you have added the room(s) to the main reservation at a later stage (please see our article on how to view the Reservation History for more information on this).

Once you have established this, click on the individual reservation item (RESX number) to edit it, go to the Rates tab, un-tick the box shown in the screenshot below and then press ‘Save’.


 


 

If you do still need to hide the reservation rates from certain areas (e.g. on the registration card) then you can tick the 'Hide reservation rates? (Excl. proforma invoice)' box on this screen instead:
