Why is breakfast not included on a booking.com reservation?

The likely reason that a reservation is showing as room only in Hop, but it includes breakfast, is that the guest booked a room only rate in booking.com and added breakfast onto the reservation as an extra. The notes field in Hop will indicate if this is the case, the notes can be viewed on the Room Schedule, if you double click on a reservation so it brings up the pop-up details screen, it will show on there. 

 

You can also check the reservation via the Booking.com Extranet, here you will be able to see any amendments that may have been made. 

 

Please note that you will need to manage the settings and prices for the add-on services directly in the Booking.com Extranet if they are incorrect and not in Hop.
