The likely reason that a reservation is showing as room only in Hop but it includes breakfast is that the guest booked a room only rate but has added breakfast onto the reservation as an extra. The notes field in Hop will indicate if this is the case, as you can see here:
You can also check the reservation itself on the booking.com Extranet, where you will be able to see any amendments that may have been made.
Please note that you will need to manage the settings for these add-on services directly in the booking.com Extranet if they are incorrect.
