Virtual cards automatically drop into Hop from your OTA's either when the booking is made or on the day of arrival this is determined by your settings within your account on the OTA's.
The virtual card will sit within the "Add transaction" section in Hop. You can find this by going to Reservations > Manage Reservations and select the drop down "View Transactions".
Your virtual card will be highlighted in the Existing Card drop-down when adding transactions. This will make it clear when attempting to charge a Virtual Card that you have the correct one. You will be presented with the last 4 digits of the card.
If you are entering an OTA booking with a virtual card manually, when entering the booking you will have the option to select Virtual Card once you have entered in the Virtual Card details.
