How can we track repeat guests?

You can set up Reservation Tags in different colours by going to Administration > Property and then apply these to reservations as they are created. 



You can also add Reservation Tags after a reservation has been created, by going to the RES number and selecting 'Edit Reservation' from the drop-down menu and choose Tag as shown highlighted below. Remember to click 'save' on the bottom right corner when adding this way. 




You can add "Repeat" as a source, by going to Administration > Option Sets and choose 'Tag' from the drop-down list, click +Add button and type "Repeat" as the option value and save, which would then enable you to select it from the drop-down when creating a new reservation or manually updating an existing one. 


 

You can add one or more Tags to a person in CRM > Individuals by going to the 'Preferences' tab of their profile or a company in CRM > Corporate by going to the 'Details' tab and selecting from the drop-down list available. If you would like to add to, edit or delete any of these, please head over to Administration > Option Sets and select Tag from the drop-down menu where you can use the red trash icon to delete, edit an existing Tag or add new Tags. 

 



Finally, don't forget that you also have the ability to search in CRM > Individuals for repeat guests only within a stay-date window.
