How can we track repeat guests?

You can set up Reservation Tags in different colours by going to Administration > Property and then apply these to reservations as they are created, or by manually adding them later by going to the RES number and selecting 'Edit Reservation' from the drop-down menu.



You can add "Repeat" as a source by going to Administration > Option Sets which would then enable you to select it from the drop-down when creating a new reservation or, indeed, manually updating an existing one should it be made online and you later identify them as a someone that has stayed before. 

 

You can add one or more Tags to a person in CRM > Individuals by going to the 'Preferences' tab of their profile or a company in CRM > Corporate by going to the 'Details' tab and selecting from the dropdown list available. (If you would like to add to, edit or delete any of these, please head over to Administration > Option Sets and select Tag from the dropdown menu.)

 



Finally, don't forget that you also have the ability to search in CRM > Individuals for repeat guests only within a stay-date window.
