How to check when an email was sent to a guest

Sometimes you may need to check if a system-generated email (e.g. confirmation email) has been sent to a guest. To do this:


  • Go to CRM > Individuals
  • Search for and click on the name of the booker/guest to open up their profile
  • Go to the Correspondence tab


Here, you will see a list of all emails that have been sent from HOP to this person. For any email has been successfully sent, you will see the time and date that this happened, as shown below:



If there are a number of emails in the list and you are unsure which one you need to look at, click the 'View' button on the right hand side to see a copy of the email that was sent.
