Go to Reservations > Manage Reservations and locate the booking using the date filters or search box at the top of the screen.
Next, click the "+" icon to the left of the reservation number to expand it and see the individual RESX numbers (room reservations).
In the "Guests" column, click on the drop-down arrow and enter the guest's name. As you start typing, HOP will suggest possible matches from your CRM database - if the correct person appears, click on their name to select them. If not, finish typing the name and then press the "+" icon to add them to your CRM and also save them onto the reservation.
Make sure when you type the name in that you click the box underneath with the name on to save the name.
You can also click the + green button to the right of the name field to add a guest profile if they haven't stayed with you before and this will then save them in CRM > Individuals.
Alternatively, click on the RESX number, or select Edit Item from the drop-down menu next to the RESX number, and enter the guest name on the "Detail" screen.
