Analysing Customer Segmentation

If you go to Reports > CRM > Historical Booker Revenue and Reports > CRM > Historical Company Night Stay these two reports allow you to filter your data by both Market and Source. The former is for individual reservations and the latter is for company bookings. 


If you need to edit your list of market segments, please head to Administration > Option Sets and use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to find the Market category:



To edit an existing Market, click on its name and then make the necessary change. To create a new Market, use the +Add button at the top right corner of the screen. 


To help with your reporting, it is possible to make it mandatory for your reception staff to select a Market when creating a new reservation. This setting can be turned on or off by anyone with an Admin rights on their user profile by heading to Administration > Property and looking for this tickbox:
