Analysing Customer Segmentation

 If you go to Reports > CRM > Historical Booker Revenue (this is for individual/guest reservations). At the top you can filter by RES or RESX revenue. 

 


 

Reports > CRM > Historical Company Night Stay (this is for company clients), these two reports allow you to filter your data by both Market and Source. This report shows a pie chart with a colour to resemble each company, along with a colour key chart on the side so you can identify each colour and company. 

 

 

 

 

If you need to edit your list of market segments, please head to Administration > Option Sets and use the drop-down menu at the top of the screen to find the Market category. To edit an existing Market, click on its name in Option Sets and then make the necessary change. To create a new Market, use the +Add button at the top right corner of the screen. 

 


  

To help with your reporting, it is possible to make it mandatory for your reception staff to select a Market when creating a new reservation. This setting can be turned on or off by anyone with Admin rights on their user by heading to Administration > Property and scrolling down to Property Settings looking for this checkbox, then click 'update settings' to save.
