How do I check a confirmation has been sent?

If you are on the Manage Reservations screen, you can click Edit Reservation from the drop-down arrow next to the RES number and then click on the booker name, this will open a pop up box. 

 

 

Click Edit User and this will take you to the guests profile in CRM where you can check what correspondence has been sent to the guest.

 

Then click on the 'Correspondence' tab and here you will see your email correspondence with the guest and check if a confirmation email has been sent.

 


 

Alternatively, go to CRM > Individuals and look up the guest. Click on the guests' surname to open their profile the click on Correspondence. This will show all emails sent to that particular guest. If the guest has said they didn't receive it, then it might have landed in the guests' spam or junk folder.
