If you are on the manage reservations screen you can click into the reservation and then click on the booker name, this will open a pop up box. Click Edit User and this will take you to the guests profile in CRM where you can check what correspondence has been sent to the guest.
Alternatively go to CRM, Individuals and look up the guest. Click on the guests surname to open their profile the click on Correspondence. This will show all emails sent to that particular guest. If the guest has said they didn't receive it then it might have landed in the guests spam or junk folder.
