The Campaign Report is where you can keep track of your email campaigns that have gone out via the system, these can be found in CRM > Campaigns.
You can search for the campaign name or filter by date range.
The report will show you the name and email subject, run date, status – whether it’s been completed, active or a draft, how many were sent, opened and if there were errors – a wrong email address for example.
You can also click on any of the column headers to filter the results to suit.
This report can also be downloaded as PDF or CSV.
