If you have accidentally created two guest profiles in CRM and need to merge them together, simply click on the drop-down arrow next to their name and choose 'Merge profile' when it appears like below.
You will then be presented with a pop-up window which will allow you to search for the guest's second profile and select to confirm:
You will be shown a warning message to remind you that merging two profiles cannot be undone.
Once you have pressed the 'Merge' green button the changes will be implemented, and the two profiles merged into one.
