If you have duplicate entries in CRM and need to merge them together, simply click on the drop-down menu next to their name and choose 'Merge profile' as shown below:
You will then be presented with a pop-up window which will allow you to search for the person's other entry and select to confirm:
You will be shown a warning message to remind you that merging two entries cannot be undone.
Once you have pressed the 'Confirm' button the changes will be implemented, and the two profiles merged.
