If you would like to sell your accommodation through Airbnb, you will need to ensure that you already have an account set up with them before we can establish the connection.
Once you have created an Airbnb account and it is fully setup, please contact the Support Team so they can map your rooms and rate plan (we can only map one rate plan to Airbnb from Hop and connect them together.
Please include your Airbnb login details when you contact Support. It will ask the Support Agent for a verification code when logging into your Airbnb account for security reasons and normally sent to your phone or email.
Please ensure you will be available to retrieve the code to give to the Support Agent.

Emailing help@hopsoftware.com to raise a ticket
Please note that Airbnb only supports linking of one rate plan from Hop, therefore you will need to tell us which rate plan you would like to use when we are setting this up for you.
