Currently, this is a task performed by Hop Support. To make your property available on your OTA's for eg Booking.com , Expedia, you will need to provide your Property ID, the room type ID(s) and rate plan ID(s) to the Support team, who will then apply the mapping for you.
Next, you should log into your booking.com or Expedia extranet and choose Hop as your channel manager in your connectivity provider area. Once you have done this, both you and Hop will receive a confirmation email from the OTA – once the link in this confirmation email is clicked by both parties, the mapping is active (and your room types/rate plans available on the OTA). From now on, bookings made on those 3rd party sites will feed into Hop and update your availability instantly.
For any other OTAs, please contact Hop Support to confirm whether we currently integrate with then and which information we will require to get you connected.
Please note if you are currently onboarding with Hop you can contact your onboarder and they will set you up before you go live with Hop.
