Shop - Orders

This is where you will find an overview of all your Hop Shop orders.

From here you can search you orders by name, enter a date range, tick to show completed orders and you can narrow down your search by selecting to view by order type, Collection/Delivery/Room Service. If ou narrow your search to one type of service the columns will automatically change to show what is valid, for example If you select Table Service the columns for address will be removed. 

You can also add and remove columns by simply clicking 'chose columns' you can view the order details, comments and payment type too. The system will save your preferd view for next time too.

To view the order, simply click on the "i" here you will see the customer and order details. You can mark the order as Complete or if you have done this by accident you can mark it as new and you can download the order as a PDF file,  you can download all items from here or select items to download seperatly should you need to split drinks and food for example. . You can also download orders as a PDF file from the main screen by clicking on the paper icon next to the edit pencil. To download all orders simply select the Download PDF button under the search date.
