A transaction has been accidentally moved - how can I find it?

Sometimes, a payment or charge can get moved from its original location (a reservation or house account) to another, especially when you have multiple staff members working at the same time. 

In this instance, the best place to start is to go to Administration > Audit Log and search for the reservation number, reservation item number or house account number. Here it will show you where the transaction was moved from and to, plus the value of the transaction.
