To transfer charges (whether that be to another reservation, room reservation or House Account) you would need to go to 'Manage Reservations' and search for the required booking. Click the little arrow down next to the RES or RESX number (depending on where you have your charges going to) and click on 'View Transactions'. Select the charge/s you wish to transfer by clicking the checkbox next to a transaction, a button will appear 'Move Transactions' click this, then choose where you want to move that transaction to (i.e. House Account, Reservation or Reservation Item) by clicking one of the bullet points. Then use the search bar with the RES/RESX/HA number and select where you want to move it to from the drop-down that appears, so that you can see the RES/RESX/HA number underneath in a box. Then lastly, click 'Move Transactions' button at the bottom of the page. Your transaction/s will now be moved.
*Payments or charges that have been voided cannot be moved.
