To transfer charges (whether that be to another reservation, room reservation or House Account) you would need to go under 'Manage Reservation' and search for the required Booking. Click the little arrow down next to the Reservation Number and click on 'View Transactions'. This will give you an overview of all the transactions made under this Reservation. If you now want to move some charges, you will need to tick the box next to the charge(s) you would like to move. On the bottom of all Transactions you will now see a button saying 'Move Transactions', as shown below:
Click on it and it will open a window on top of the Transactions. In here you can choose if you would like to move it to another Reservation, Reservation Item or a House Account. Simply click to select the option required, type the reference number into the search box and select the correct item then you can move the charges.
*Payments or charges that have been voided cannot be moved.
