How can I undo a No Show?

If a guest that you marked as a No Show arrives late and you need to check them in, simply click on the drop-down menu next to the reservation item (RESX number) and check them in as normal. Please see the below image, where "Bob Thompson" is part of a group booking and has been marked as a No Show but now needs to be accommodated after all:

Charges will only be applied to a reservation automatically by the night audit if it is checked in. If your property's night audit has already been run, you will therefore need to manually add a charge for the previous night's accommodation (as well as any additional extras) by clicking on View Transactions from the reservation drop-down.
