How can I undo a No Show?

If a guest that you marked as a No Show arrives late and you need to check them in, simply click on the drop-down menu next to the reservation item (RESX number) from the 'Manage Reservations' screen and check them in as normal. Please see the below image, where "Test Booker" has been marked as a No Show but now needs to be accommodated after all:



Charges will only be applied to a reservation automatically by the night audit if it is checked in. If your property's night audit has already been run, you will therefore need to manually add a charge for the previous night's accommodation (as well as any additional extras) by clicking on 'View Transactions' from the reservation drop-down.
