House Accounts can be created to record transactions for any non-bedroom sales, such as weddings and other events. (Payments and revenues recorded in a House Account are also captured on all the relevant reports.)
Add a new House Account
To create a new House Account, click on the +Add Account button in the upper right corner of the screen and complete all relevant data fields shown to create a new House Account.
As a minimum, you must give the House Account a name and associate it with either a Booker or a Company. You can select a Booker/Company from your CRM database, or create new one by selecting "+" and inputting the required information.
Click “Save” before leaving the page.
Edit a House Account
To locate an existing House Account, you can use the search box or filter by event date. To search historic or cancelled accounts, select the respective option from underneath the search bar.
To edit the details of a House Account, simply click on the name to open it or to view the transactions within it click on the drop down next to the house account number and select View Transactions.
You can add transactions (payments and charges) as you would on a reservation by clicking on +Add Transaction.
You can Print Invoice or click on the drop down next to this for more options which are shown in the images below.
