Chat pop up notification

If you find that the chat box keeps appearing in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen, then it is likely that there is a notification that needs acknowledging. To acknowledge this, click into the section that says notifications. There will normally be a number here which indicates we have sent out a notification about the system. 

Once you have clicked into this area just click into the reply here box to make sure it knows you have acknowledged the notification. You can then click the back button and then close the chat box. 

Should this not work then we would advise you to clear your cache/cookies.
