This document will walk you through the front end of the App it will showcase the guest journey through the app.
When the guest first opens up the app they will see the Home Page in your hotel's brand colours.
They will have up to four options to choose from:

You can customise which of these the guest can see and use on the app. To add or remove tiles from the home page, log into the PMS, go to Administration > Mobile App and scroll down to the section titled 'Landing Page Tile Display Configuration'
This will allow your guest to search for their existing booking and check in. Selecting stay will bring up the reservation search page:
The guest will then search for their booking by using the RES/RESX number and Surname. Once they have input this information, they will be directed to the Reservations page.
This page will list all the reservations that the guest has searched for. The guest can add more bookings by selecting the add symbol in the bottom right hand corner.
If the guest wants to remove a reservation from the list they can simply swipe left or right, they will be asked to confirm removal of the reservation.
To manage the booking, the guest can press on the reservation they wish to manage.
They can then see the details of the reservation, update their contact details and check in/out depending on the status of the reservation.
To check the booking in the guest needs to accept the Terms and Conditions of the hotel and select Check In.
If they choose to charge extras to their room, they will then be presented with a list of your add-ons:
The guest then needs to select Pay. Depending on how you have set up the payment terms will determine what the guest sees at this point, you set up your payment terms in your PMS by going to Administration > Mobile App > Check In.
The guest will then be asked to input their card details and pay or pre-authorise their card. Once the guest is checked in they will be redirected to a Welcome page.
You can change the message and documents that is displayed to the guest by going to Administration > Mobile App in the PMS.
This page redirects the guest to the Booking Engine so that they can book their next stay.
This page redirects the guest to your Hop Shop (if you have set this up) so they can order food.
This page takes the guest to your contact details, hotel information documents, WiFi Information etc. There are also links to your social media accounts if these have been set up in your PMS as well as an area for guests to provide a review, the guest review will then be stored within the PMS under CRM > Feedback but will not be published online; these are for your own reference only.
By going to Administration > POI/Locations in the PMS you can upload descriptions and photographs of attractions in your area.
By going to Administration > News Posts in the PMS you can upload descriptions and photographs of news and offers at your hotel.
You have the option in the PMS to send push notifications to reservations that have been downloaded in the app, both manually and as automated templates.
A notificaton will then be sent to the guest's phone, they can read the message in the pop up notification if set on their phone. If guests turn off notifications from within the app settings they will not recieve the pop up notification.
When sent they are stored in Alerts, once read it will no longer show as a new notificaiton and can be removed by swiping on the message.
