Do OTAs provide an estimated time of arrival?

Modified on Thu, 22 Aug at 1:43 PM

Currently, only Booking.com asks guests to provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA). This is not a mandatory field, but if a guest inputs this information whilst making a reservation, then it will appear on the reservation notes in Hop.

You can find these notes under Manage Reservations and click the down arrow next to the RES number and click 'edit reservation', here you will see the notes as shown below.

You can also check the notes on the Room Schedule, by double clicking on the reservation so it opens up the pop-up on the right hand side and you will see the notes at the bottom of the pop-up.

No other OTAs pass this information through, unless the guest types it into the special requirements/notes section.
