Adding a payment

To add a payment to a reservation, go to Reservations > Manage Reservations


You can either add this to the reservation (RES) or a room within the reservation (RESX). 

Click on the drop down of the RES or RESX and select View Transaction/View Reservation Transactions.

Click on +Add Transaction

Select the transaction type as Payment

Select the correct Payment Method 

For Credit Card you will be asked to enter the card details

For Offline card you will be asked for the last 4 digits of the card number

Select an appropriate Description.

Enter the Amount

Add Additional Info if desired.
