Checking your historical availability and restrictions on OTAs

If you wish to check what availability and restrictions you had in place on an OTA, say, last month, it is important to note that we do not retain historical logs of this information indefinitely.


The simplest solution would be to go to Reservations > Avaliability and Rates > Rate Calendar to look at how many rooms you had available on a give date and the restrictions that were in place on your rate plans.


Please also remember that you can go to the following areas of Hop to see changes that have been made within the last 30 days:


  • Administration > Audit Log
  • Rates > Rate History
  • Rates > Restriction History
