Why are my rooms not available on Expedia/booking.com?

If you expect rooms to be available on your OTA's and there is none showing then the first thing you should check is that they are not closed out in Hop as this will prevent them being sold.

  • Go to Rates > Rate Calendar 
  • Select the rate plan(s) that are linked to your OTAs
  • Click 'Show Restrictions' then click Search

In the image below you can see some dates are red and have a red circular icon. This icon means the rate plan for that date and room type has been closed out and they are not available.
