If your availability is showing as closed on your OTA's when they should be open you should firstly check that they are not closed out in Hop as this will prevent them being sold.
- Go to Rates > Rate Calendar
- Enter in your date range
- Select the rate plan(s) that are linked to your OTAs
- Click 'Show Restrictions' then click Search
In the image below you can see some dates are red and have a red circular icon. This icon means the rate plan for that date and room type has been closed out and they are not available. If you do want to open the individual days you can click the red circular icon and it will open the availability both in the PMS and in your OTA's.
Once saved your rooms will then show as available.
