How do I cancel a Pre Authorisation?

In order to cancel a Pre-Auth the red symbol needs to be clicked, as shown in the image below.

You will then be asked to confirm you are cancelling the Pre-Auth. Once you have cancelled the pre auth the payment line will change to red so you know it has been cancelled.
