How can I change the email template used for sending invoices?

To set this up, go to Administration > Email Templates and click the +Add button. In the drop-down menu, you can choose to create a template for:

 

  • Group Reservation Invoice;
  • Group Reservation Proforma Invoice;
  • House Account Invoice; 
  • Shop Invoice; or 
  • Reservation Invoice.

 

Please remember, if you do not set up your own template(s) then Hop will use the pre-existing one(s) until you choose to do so.
