Why when amending a booking will the rates not load correctly?

If you need to amend the rates on a guests reservation for whatever reason, and it is not loading the correct rates you will need to go to the rates tab on the reservation. You can get to this by going to Reservations>Manage Reservations and click on the RESX number (as seen below).

Then click on the second tab called "Rates". You will then see "Nightly Rates" and an arrow icon, click the arrow and this will then refresh the rate to the correct one set up within your rate calendar.
