If you are attempting to make a booking for today and encounter an error message, it may be due to restrictions currently in place. To verify this, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Rates > Rate Calendar.
- Click on Show Restrictions and then click Search. This will display any active restrictions.
For example, if you have closed off the rate plan or date you're trying to book on in the past to stop guests from booking this date online, and now need to open it, you can click on the closed icon itself (as shown on the first screenshot below) and this will then open up that specific date and rate plan.
You can modify these restrictions directly on this screen by clicking on them.

It could be that you have set a minimum length of stay for 2 nights or more and you're trying to book them in for 1 night. In this case, you can remove the minimum length of stay by clicking on the '2' and amending it to '1'.
