Why is there a missing/zero rate on a reservation?

If you find that there is a missing or zero rate on a reservation this normally happens because the reservation was updated in some way and the rates have been adjusted in the time since the reservation was created. You will need to refresh the rates to update it.

To do this go to Reservations > Manage Reservations then click on the drop-down menu next to the RESX number and select Edit Item.




You can then go to the Rates tab and press on the small circular arrows to update the reservation rates, the values will be per your current rates in the Rate Calendar. Please check these against the rates on the original reservation and if necessary, adjust them accordingly by typing into the boxes, making sure you click Save when finished.
