How to keep track of guests special requests

If guests wish to add special requests onto their booking for e.g Newspapers, Extra bed etc and they are chargeable you can add this onto their reservation prior to their arrival date.



If you go to Reservations>Manage Reservations and in the search box add their RES number in, then click the dropdown option against the RESX number and select "Edit item". You will then be directed to four tabs select "Extras", you can then add your extra for e.g Newspapers.


If you then want to track all of your guests extra's ahead of their arrival you can do this by going to Reports > Front Desk Reports > Combined Housekeeping. They will then appear under the "Articles" column.

 

Articles in Hop are your revenue charges.
