How to keep track of guest newspaper orders

The simplest option for this would be to add the newspaper info (e.g. "Guest requires Guardian Mon, Tue and Thu") to the reservation notes. You could then go to Reports > Front Desk > Combined Housekeeping Report which looks like this onscreen, or the Front Desk > Arrivals report has a separate Notes column you download and print:

In terms of adding the charge and payment, you would then add the relevant charge onto the reservation on the morning of checkout.

Alternatively, you could set up articles for each of your newspaper types and then add the articles onto the reservation as and when a guest orders a paper. This way the charges will get added onto their account when the night audit runs. To keep track of the newspaper orders needed you would simply need to go to Reports > Front Desk > Reservation Articles
