The registration card that you can see in Administration > Registration Cards is where you would go to set up a custom one, usually if you have a pre-printed letterhead that it needs to fit onto, as it offers the ability to place each section (e.g. check in date) in the correct place on the X and Y axes. If your registration cards are coming out blank, it is likely because you have got a partially-set up registration card in here.
To revert to the default Hop registration card, simply head to Administration > Property and scroll down to the section shown below and change the selection to 'None'
