Why is my registration card blank?

The registration card that you can see in Administration > Registration Cards is where you would go to set up a custom one, usually if you have a pre-printed letterhead paper that it needs to fit onto, as it offers the ability to place each section (e.g. check in date) in the correct place on the X and Y axes. If your registration cards are coming out blank, it is likely because you have got a partially set up registration card in here. 

Please ensure it has been fully set up before trying to print. 

To revert back to the default Hop registration card, simply head to Administration > Registration Cards, click on the registration card you have created and untick the box shown below and then click save at the bottom of the screen. 

 This will then choose Hop's registration card as the default.
