Why am I getting an availability error when trying to book a room?

If you are trying to make a booking and you are getting an error message saying 'There is no availability for the current selection' or  'Closed during the stay'. This may be because there are restrictions in place on the rate plan or room type you are trying to book.


To find this out go to  Rates > Rate Calendar 

Select the room type and rate plan you are trying to book and click on show restrictions before clicking search. This will show you what restrictions are in place.

You can amend the restrictions on this screen, simply by clicking onto them.


See below the restriction icons that are show on the rate calendar & what they mean:


Closed


Closed to arrival


Closed to departure


Minimum length of stay


Maximum length of stay
