Group Reservation email quotation not sending

If you have created a group reservation and are trying to send the email and getting an error this will most likely be because there is no quotation email template selected:


 

Firstly, you will need to make sure you have a quotation email template set up in Administration > Email Templates.


 

Secondly, to add the quotation email to the group reservation go into the desired group reservation and go to Email Setup, scroll down to Quotation Email Template and select the desired email from the drop-down list and click 'Update Group Reservation':
