Booking.com pre paid bookings

Some of the bookings you receive from Booking.com will have been pre-paid already. To find out if a reservation you have received has been pre-paid, you will need to look at the notes on the booking. This will tell you if the payment is on a virtual card that you need to charge. It will also tell you in the notes what date you can charge the card.

You can view the notes on a reservation by going to Reservations > Manage Reservations and clicking the down arrow next to the RES number and 'edit reservation', at the bottom of this page you will see the below. 

Or you can view the notes by going to Reservations > Room Schedule and double clicking on a reservation so it brings up the pop-up bar on the right side of the page. Here you will see 'Reservation Notes' as shown below.
