The booker name on the event has been changed but the old name is still on the house account.

If for any reason you need to change the lead booker on a event this will not automatically change the name on the house account that is associated the the event.

To do this you will need to go into house accounts and locate the correct one. Click on the small triangle next to the house account number and choose Edit House Account.

When you have done that you will see the Booker name, click the red cross to remove the name and then start typing the new Booker's name into the Booker box. The name should pop up below once you start typing. Just click on the name and then make sure you click save. Any correspondence you then send will be in the new name.
