Yes you can send charges to a House Account before the event date. The articles/packages that you have applied can be charged straight to the house account whenever you choose to do this. (Although we recommend charges are applied on the event date as this will help ensure that your revenue reporting is accurate)
To send the charges to the event click into the event from the Events >Manage Events screen scroll down to the bottom of the event, you will find a tab called "Charge Event to House Account". Once you click this it will then send all the charges on the event over to the house account that is linked.
You can then view the House Account and any charges or payments made by clicking on the HA number within the event, this will then take you the house account screen. Once you are there then click the drop down arrow and select “View Transactions”.
