Shop - Slots Setup

Here you can add your Collection/Delivery/Room Service slots. You can add them individually or add multiple times over multiple dates to save time.  If you are entering times over multiple dates, you have the option to exclude days should you be closed or not offer a specific type on some days.

Click on Add or Add multiple slots.

Clicking on Add Multiple you have the option here to choose a date and time range. Order type is Delivery, Collection, Room Service or Event depending on what you are offering. You can choose how many minutes you want between each slot. The slots per minute interval is set by default to 1 but if you want more than 1 Collection/Delivery available then change it here.  For event select window and you will also need to enter the maximum number of guests.

Once created you can edit individual slots by clicking the pencil icon on the right. To delete an individual slot press the red bin. If you wish to delete multiple slots, simply press the 'delete multiple slots' button and fill in the dates, times and type you wish to delete.

You also have the ability to create a booking window for collection or delivery.

Simply tick the box labelled 'Create as Window' then enter one or multiple window times and select the maximum number of orders that can be placed for the window making sure you click +Add when you have filled in the times max number for each window before clicking Save. 

Please note that creating slots and windows for the same date/time will cause only the slots to show up and not the windows as the times clash with each other.
