Deleting a Rate Plan connected to an OTA

If you are deleting a rate plan that is being sold on an OTA such as Expedia or booking.com you will also need to delete the rate plan from the OTA extranet, otherwise it will still be available to book until it is removed. *It is important that you let us know once you have done this so we can remove the mapping from our Channel Manager.

To delete the rate plan from Hop, go to Rates > Rate Plans and locate the rate plan you want to delete (you can use the search box if you have a lot of rate plans). On the right hand side you will see a red trash can icon - click on this to delete. You will be asked to confirm you are deleting this rate plan and any other rate plans that are derived from this:

Please make sure this is the correct rate plan you want to delete and that no other rate plans you want to keep are derived from this before clicking Confirm.
