Why can't I send a confirmation for a Group Reservation?

If a Group Reservation is set as type Individual, emails are sent directly to guests. Therefore, if there are no guests on the reservation, the email fails to send:



The way around this is therefore to always ensure that you are selecting the correct Group Reservation Type when you create a new Group Reservation. If you need to send out an email confirmation for a reservation that you have already created (e.g. to the organiser) then you can temporarily add them as a guest and as long as they have an email address you will be able to send the confirmation.
