How do I un-tick Automatic Payments for manual bookings?

When creating a manual reservation, by default Hop will tick the 'Take payment automatically (if applicable)' box on the Summary page, to help you collect payments in line with your policies:



You can choose to un-tick this manually during the reservation creation process on a case-by-case basis, however if you wish to opt out of this feature, please raise a ticket in the portal and the Support team will action this for you.
