It is often useful to be able to track how your reservations are being made; through which channel and how a guest has heard of you. Online bookings will be automatically tagged for this purpose however you may wish to make it mandatory for staff entering manual bookings to input this information.
To do this, please go to Administration > Property and then look for the Property Settings area, about halfway down the page. Underneath the settings for automated emails you will see the following boxes, which you can tick or un-tick according to your preference. Make sure you click Save once finished.
