This report shows the historical revenue aggregated by a booker or a company.
This revenue is made up of all transactions against a reservation or the reservation item, including accommodation, food, drinks, and related charges.
When using the Historical booker report you have many different options to search and view the reports. There is the option to see either the Reservation Revenue Report or the Reservation Items Report i.e. food, drink, extras charged to a room.
The search bar in the top left-hand corner allows you to search for a specific customer / company and view when they stayed, how much revenue was generated along with the market and booking source. There is the option to filter the report by selecting specific markets, sources, countries and dates.
This report can be downloaded to PDF or CSV format by clicking the download button.
