Bookings on the Room Schedule page have coloured circles to indicate their payment status (or, more specifically, the status of their balance).
If any charges are configured to be made at reservation level:
Green | Reservation and reservation item balance equals zero | PAID IN FULL |
Orange | Reservation and reservation item balance is less than zero | PREPAID/OVERPAID |
Red | Reservation or reservation item balance is greater than zero | UNPAID |
If the reservation item is configured to make all charges to reservation item (i.e. room) level:
Green | Reservation item balance equals zero | PAID IN FULL |
Orange | Reservation item balance is greater than zero but less than the total reservation item price | PART PAID |
Red | Reservation item balance equals total reservation item price | UNPAID |
