You can add tags (combination of words and associated colours) to reservations, thus identifying them as part of recurring types of reservations (golf vacation, fishing trip, etc).
To create those tags, please click on "Administration" from the main menu and then "Property". Scroll down until you arrive at "Reservation Tags", click 'Add Colour' and then type a name and select a colour by clicking on the colour bar on the right. Click "OK" to confirm your choice and then "Update Colours" to save.
You now have this tag available when creating a new reservation or editing an existing one.
